CHAIRMAN KELLY also announced HB 116 - WORKERS COMPENSATION SELF-              
INSURANCE GROUP  would be before the committee for a hearing the               
following day, and the committee would be looking at several                   
amendments that were defeated in the Senate Finance Committee on a             
3-3 vote.
